well the mike tyson fight was sad. there was something up with his legs. there was a lack of strength or an injury. stamina was not there. his trainers lied and mike lied. he was not prepared. it was a money grab.

the woman's fight was the only good fight. and that was an upset.
the irish woman was head butting all the time.

Tyson was always a guy who got it done early or not at all. Hard to
keep rage going that long. He's 58. Paul has to keep him at arms
length and not get caught in a corner.
I actually like the Ramos/Barrios fight better. I felt that Ramos
came on strong from the 4th round on.

what was weird is tyson started launching them like he did in training vids and paul got frazzled. then mike tyson did something like 'oh shit', got a funny look on his face and then scaled back.

so tyson did have a knee injury which made it hard to stick punches and move. also jake had a torn ligament and sprained ankle. they both were not at their best.

i just think the fight was a scam for a cash grab.

That might matter a little, but there were plenty of times both of them held back, as to not hurt the other one. Nobody in their right mind would spend an entire match against Mike Tyson with their hands at their hips, like Jake did - unless he knew for sure he wasn't getting hit hard.

I agree completely. Just like everyone else that has signed a contract to step in the ring with Jake. Most, if not all of those ex-UFC fighters got the biggest payday they've ever had in comparison to working for Dana and the UFC.

freak-show whose main purpose was to cause frenzy/hysteria and make lots
of money for the circus performers. No actual boxing was done.

right. and during a lot of those times is when he would have usually popped his big uppercut. that's his move. and he never took it. I only saw one real mike tyson punch and that was the 'oh shit' one and i saw jake get scared.

I didn't watch much of the women's. It's not that entertaining for me. But after 5 or 6 head butts, the ref needs to step in. There was a heavyweight
in the 80's or 90's that was was bad about that. He would go into a clinch
and put one across the eyebrow and then give the guy a shot on the break.

I happened to watch this event and I think it was fixed for the first 2 Minutes you seen the old tyson and fear on the other guy then it was all hugging and dancing. They both made a fortune and I also think it was a test for netflix for more events like it. Also they did a horriblr job manging the bandwidth
many people were being kicked off in the middle of the fight multiple time
