I just installed 3.21 from git and cannot log in. I get 3 seconds,
assuming that's the time needed to draw the ANSI welcome, and then
"You've been inactive too long."
In the Terminal Server settings, I have: - Max Login Inactivity: 10
minutes - Max New User Inactivity: 1 hour - Max User Inactivity:
9999 seconds (also tried
<disabled> )

I *was* unable to log in or create an account as I was being
immediately disconnected...
However, I found the problem! And probably a bug...
System->Advanced-> Maximum User Inactivity. I set it to 0
which scfg said was "Unlimited". Apparently scfg and the BBS don't
agree. :-)
